I’ve enjoyed seventeen years of providing individual and couple therapy helping people resolve major life issues and create more fulfilling sex lives. One of my passions was producing the Isle of Pleasure, a series of audio tapes to help both heterosexual women and lesbians reclaim their sexual selves. Another tape that has helped numerous women and men is Welcome to the World. This tape affirms identity and the right to be loved for one’s essence. After listening to the tapes, many abuse survivors have commented on the nurturing, loving quality of my voice. Working with the tapes has been a profoundly healing experience for them. A second 15 minute tape called Feel Good Now invites you to relax and change from a negative state to a positive one. It has been very helpful to reduce stress and is included as the first tape in the sexuality series.
My techniques/philosophy:
My philosophy is that you deserve a satisfying, fulfilling love life. I primarily use Neuro-Linguistic Programming to help you achieve your goals. NLP is a group of techniques that produce rapid and positive changes for a variety of problems, sexuality very much included. I also employ many other techniques to help you. Many clients report dramatic changes even after one session. They experience me as warm, caring, and dynamic, while also confronting them when needed.
Clinical Workplace/association:
Clients schedule appointments with me for psychotherapy at my office at Centennial Center for Human Services. I also provide coaching to people from all over the country by telephone and e-mail.
